This site has been created for you in order to make your stay as pleasant as possible. All important information on the park is contained in this guide. You can also find instructions for the various equipment in your accomodation.

Download our free Center Parcs App. With this app you can find comprehensive information about activities, reserve your activities, look into the menu’s of our restaurants and you can make table reservations.

Aqua Mundo

Our swimming paradise is open daily. You can find the opening hours in the Center Parcs App.

Bracelets

Per person you will receive a green bracelet when checking in. This bracelet will open the door of your accommodation. With this bracelet you can also enter the Aqua Mundo and use the lockers there. 

Breakfast

Do you feel like breakfast? In Evergreenz you can enjoy an extensive breakfast daily from 8.00 a.m.

Car-free village

Please remember that our village is a car-free village. Please park your vehicle in the designated parking areas after loading or unloading your luggage on the arrival or departure day. Should you depart before the registered departure date, then please report this to the attendant.

Cleaning

If you have any complaints about the cleaning please inform us by calling 003136-522 9199 or using the Whatsapp service via 0031 – 682592698

Day of departure

You are requested to vacate the cottage at 10:00 am on the day of departue. 

You can deposit the green bracelets in the designated box at the exit of the park. Please do so before 10:30 a.m. 

We request to deposit the bed linen and towels in the green bags and put them in the hallway.

Please leave the cottage tidy, empty the dishwasher and take the garbage to the appropriate containers. (The various containers are indicated on the park map. You can also view them via the Center Parcs App.) Also take a look under the bed so that you do not forget anything.

In case of emergency dial the internal emergency number 003136-522 9111.

Environment

You can make a significant contribution to protecting the environment by sorting your waste. Together, we can create a healthier legacy for our children!

Please sort your waste as follows:

Glass:                    Bottles, glass jars, etc.

Waste paper:       Dry paper, newspapers, magazines, cardboard, etc.

Batteries:             Staff at the Reception will be pleased to take  your empty                                   batteries.

Residual wasteAll the other waste.

Fire

Report fire or signs of fire (smoke) immediately under the internal emergency number 003136-522 9111 or to the nearest employee.

Information

For information we are available 24 hours a day via the WhatsApp service by telephone via 06-82592698. You can also call us by telephone via 036-522 9100. Or check out our free Center Parcs app. You can also obtain information about the park on your TV at channel 1.

Inventory

If your inventory is incomplete or damaged please inform the Reception, use the WhatsApp serivce or dial 003136-522 9199.

Launderette

You can buy coins for the launderette at the Marina office, Reception and Adventure Desk. The launderette is also located in the Marina. But we also operate a laundry service for you. A laundry bag is available from the Reception. Your laundry is collected from your accommodation and returned there.

Lost property

Did you lose something? If we or any other guest find something it will be stored. Please ask at our Reception or call telephone number 003136-522 9199.

Money

You will find an ATM (bank) at our Market Square at the entrance of the Aqua Mundo. You can also pay at all our outlets with your debit card.

Park- & House-regulations

The park- and house rules are available at the Reception.

Pets

Pets are not allowed in the Foodstore and in our restaurants, with exception of the the Grand Café. Pets are allowed in the Action Factory. As a precaution for other guests, your pet must wear a flea collar and be on a leash at the park.

Information is available at the Reception.
You can also call us on telephone number: 003136-522 9100.

Post

Any incoming mail will be stored at the Reception.  You can also buy stamps here and hand in your mail to send.

Rules of traffic

Because this is a car-free village, we do not permit the use of cars in the village apart from  changeover days. On these days, children and pedestrians are always given precedence over other traffic (bicycles must also give way). The maximum permitted speed is 15 km/h. We kindly request that you only drive on the roads. On you day of arrival you should return your car to the car park after unloading. On your day of departure you may pick up and load your car an hour prior to departure.

Shopping service

On changeover days it is possible to have your shopping delivered for € 3,50. You can arrange this before 2 p.m. at the Daily Foodstore.

Information about sports opportunities can be requested at our Adventure Desk at the Action Factory, via our free Center Parcs App, or you can call the telephone number 036-522 9100. We recommend booking your sport activities in advance.

Household Regulations

These household regulations apply to all parks belonging to Center Parcs (hereinafter called the landlord) and are intended for the tenants of the cottages, their parties, and in general all visitors to the parks of Center Parcs.

    1. Arrangements that deviate from the clauses contained in these regulations are only valid if and insofar as such deviations are expressly agreed in writing between the tenant and the landlord.
    2. This tenant, his party and in general all visitors to the parks of Center Parcs are obliged to behave correctly and to refrain from acting in a manner that could reasonably be expected to cause offence to the landlord or to other visitors.
    3. The tenant is liable for any damage caused by him, his party or his visitors at the park to other people and/or to the property of the landlord or third parties at all. The sum owed by the tenant to the landlord by way of compensation for damage must be transferred as soon as the first straight forward written summons issued to that effect has been received.
    4. The tenant is not allowed to keep animals at the park that cause a nuisance or an inconvenience. The same applies to engines, instruments , tools or similar objects that may, in the opinion of the manager, cause a nuisance . Radios and other sound equipment must be used in such a way that they cannot be heard outside the cottage.
    5. The use of nitrous oxide (other than for culinary purposes) is strictly forbidden. The use of drugs and nitrous oxide (other than for culinary purposes) will result in a permanent removal from the village without a partial or complete refund of the rental amount and any entrance fees.
    6. The use of –flying –drones by the tenant, or any visitor, is strictly forbidden within the grounds and above the respective village.
    7. The landlord retains the right at all timesto enter the cottages for an inspection and /or to carry out or supervise maintenance work. This will not entitle the tenant to a full or partial refund of the rent already paid oryet tot be paid.
    8. A speed limit of 15 kph applies to mechanical vehicles within the park grounds. Motorcycles, mopeds , motor-assisted pedal cycles , etc. are not allowed in the park unless the engine has been rendered inoperative.
    9. Mechanical conveyances with more than two wheels belonging to the tenant or to this party or to park visitors may not be parked within the grounds.
    10. The tenant, his party and /or visitors obliged to comply strictly with all directions and instructions given by or on behalf of the landlord consistent with the content of these regulations , this consistency to be judged solely by the landlord.
    11. The landlord and/or the person(s) responsible for ensuring compliance with these regulations is/are entitled , either with or without first issuing a warning, to expel (or have expelled ) from the park , and deny further access to, anyone who does not comply with or who violates any of the clauses in these regulations. The landlord will not be obliged to fully or partially refund cottage rent and/or admission fees already paid yet or yet to be paid.
    12. Permanent residence in the park cottages is not permitted. The tenant must all times have a fixed place of residence elsewhere.
    13. The tenant is obliged to keep the interior of the cottage and the surroundings clean and free of waste. The tenant is obliged to deposit waste in the containers provided for this purpose.
    14. The tenant and in general all visitors are obliged to comply strictly with all governments or statutory regulations that apply at the park. Motorboats are not allowed on the lakes in the park and swimming in the outdoor water is not permitted unless expressly indicated otherwise.
    15. Outside the cottages, dogs must be kept on a lead. Dog owners must ensure that the needs of their dog are immediately cleaned up.
    16. The landlord is not liable for any damage and / or accidents resulting from participation in activities and / or the use of facilities etc
    17. Tenants must be at least 21 years old of age.
    18. The landlord is at all times entitled to temporarily close downbuildings and installations for maintenance work, without this giving the tenant/visitor the right to a full or partial refund of the rent already paid or yet to be paid.
    19. The landlord reserves the right to introduce changes to the park equipment , the staff activities and the services provided to the tenant/visitor , as well as to the prices charged and any plans made or publicized.
    20. If the tenant/visitor gives an incorrect name and or address, this may lead to the immediate cancellation of the tenancy agreement or reservation.
    21. Cottage tenants must adhere to the arrival and departure times given. Deviation from these times by the tenant may have financial consequences.
    22. Smoking (cigarettes, cigars, pipes, etc.) inside the cottages is prohibited nor in any other place where there is a risk of fire. Electronic cigarettes are tolerated inside the cottages but should preferably be used outside the cottages.
    23. The Legal form of the landlord is an N.V. (NaamlozeVennootschap,orpublic limited company) The landlord reserves the right to change its legal form in the future, or to transfer its rights in relation to the park and ensuing from this contract.

Logging in Smartphone or Tablet with Android

Portal

  1. Select ‘Settings’. Select ‘WiFi’ and activate it.
  2. Select ‘KPN’ as the WiFi network.
  3. Open your internet browser . This will now display the WiFi portal. If you do not see it, try going to www.nu.nl. You will then automatically be forwarded to the KPN WiFi portal.
  4. You can log in here with your account or code card details. If you are at a free location, you just select Start in order to log in.
  5. You are now logged in to the KPN WiFi network.

 

Please note
Have you lost the connection? Maybe you are no longer within range of the  WiFi access point or a time-out has occurred (because you did not use the connection for a while). Open your internet browser again. If the HotSpots portal is displayed, enter your login details again; your smartphone will automatically connect to the KPN network.

App

  1. Select the ‘HotSpots’ app.
  2. The KPN HotSpots app starting page is displayed with all KPN WiFi HotSpots within a certain radius.
  3. Select ‘Settings’, then select ‘Account’.
  4. Enter your login details to log in to your KPN HotSpots account. Select ‘Connect automatically’ if you want your device to automatically
    connect to the KPN WiFi network in the future. Then select ‘Ready’.
  5. Return to the start screen. Select ‘Settings’ and activate WiFi.
  6. If there is a KPN WiFi HotSpot within range, your device will connect to it.
  7. You are now logged in to the KPN WiFi network.

Please note
Have you lost the connection? Maybe you are no longer within range of the WiFi access point or a time-out has occurred (because you did not use the connection for a while). In that case the connection will be restored automatically.

Logging out
You need to log out when you want to end your session. You can do this by means of the logout button on http://logout.hotspots or by using the QR code:

Logging in Apple (iPad, iPod or iPhone)

Portal

  1. Select ‘Settings’. Select ‘WiFi’ and activate it.
  2. Select ‘KPN’ as the WiFi network.
  3. The device is now connected to the WiFi network. A pop-up (Captive Portal) will now automatically appear with the login portal. If the Captive Portal does not appear, open your internet browser and go to a
    random page (e.g. www.nu.nl). You can log in here with your account or code card details. If you are at a free location, you just
    select Start in order to log in.
  4. You are now logged in to the KPN WiFi network.

 

Please note
Have you lost the connection? Maybe you are no longer within range of the WiFi access point or a time-out has occurred (because you did not use the connection fora while). In that case you should disconnect WiFi, then connect again and use the Captive Portal pop-up. The ‘Forget network’ can help here as well.

App

  1. Go to the start screen. Select the ‘HotSpots’ app.
  2. The KPN HotSpots app starting page is displayed with all KPN WiFi
    HotSpots within a certain radius.
  3. Select ‘Settings’, then select ‘Account’.
  4. Enter your login details to log in to your KPN HotSpots account. Select ‘Connect automatically’ if you want your device to automatically connect to the KPN WiFi network in the future. Then select ‘Ready’.
  5. Go back to your device’s start screen. Select ‘Settings’ and select WiFi.
  6. If there is a KPN HotSpot within range of your device, it will appear in the list of detected networks. Select the ‘KPN’network. Your device will now connect to the KPN WiFi HotSpot.
  7. You are now logged in to the KPN WiFi network.

Please note
Have you lost the connection? Maybe you are no longer within range of the WiFi access point or a time-out has occurred (because you did not use the connection for a while). Just open the app again and the device will automatically connect to the KPN network again.

Logging out
You need to log out when you want to end your session. You can do this by means of the logout button on http://logout.hotspots or by using the QR code:

Four tips if you are unable to log in straight away:

  1.  Empty your browser cache. You can do this by means of your browser settings. In the settings menu of your browser, you can opt to clear your history and browsing data, also known as the cache. Please note: this will also delete all recently visited websites and saved passwords.
  2. You can now restart your device.
  3. You can delete the ‘KPN’ network under your WiFi settings and reconnect.
  4. You can also stop the app and relaunch if you are using the HotSpots app.

Tips for a safer internet experience via a WiFi HotSpot

KPN makes every effort to ensure our HotSpots are as secure as possible. Nevertheless, some risks remain: to make them easy to use, the KPN WiFi HotSpots are open WiFi networks. Here are some tips for enhancing your internet security:

  • Check that you really are logging in to the KPN HotSpots portal by clicking on the ‘padlock’ in the address bar and then verifying the address and the security certificate. If the site does not have a valid
    security certificate, you will see a warning and no ‘padlock’ will be displayed.
  • It is an https site, which is secured and encrypts confidential data. So you need to check the ‘s’ in https.
  • Check that the link is to the correct address (e.g. www.kpn.com rather
    than www.kqn.com).
  • For sites that cannot be accessed with https, a VPN (virtual private network) can be established via the KPN HotSpots portal. This is a type of virtual tunnel, which is almost impossible for hackers to access,
    and is therefore more secure. If a device has set up a VPN, any app launched will also use it to send data.
  • Regularly update the operating system (e.g. the newest Android update) to ensure you are using the latest version.
  • The firewall must be activated and a virus scanner must be running (e.g. KPN Veilig). 

Please note
Logging in via the KPN HotSpots portal does not provide any additional internet security after you log in.

How do KPN HotSpots protect internet security?KPN HotSpots data traffic is processed differently from traffic sent over your own WiFi connection: public traffic is handled via a separate network. Furthermore, all actions taken on the portal (both logging in and paying) are secured by https. People connected on the same HotSpots network are not visible to one another. Also, KPN HotSpots does not allow incoming traffic (initiated from outside) to reach your device. Moreover, we test the security of the portal on a regular basis.

This is how to use KPN WiFi with a secure VPN connection!

Settings up a VPN connection on Android: 
After you have connected to the KPN WiFi network, take the following steps:

  1. Go to ‘Settings > More (settings)/ More networks > VPN’.
  2. In the menu, opt to add/modify VPN profile.
  3. Under description, enter HotSpots and under the type of connection select PPTP.
  4. Under Server, enter vpn.hotspotsvankpn.com.
  5. Check that PPP encryption (MPPE) is on, and save the settings.
  6. When the VPN has been saved you select that VPN.
  7. Now enter the user name vpn and the password kpn.
  8. You can now connect to the VPN.
Settings up VPN connection for iOS: After you have connected to the KPN WiFi network, take the following steps:
  1. Go to ‘Settings > General > VPN’.
  2. Select ‘Add VPN configuration’. (You only need to do this once, after which the settings will be saved).
  3. Under type of connection, select PPTP.
  4. Under description, enter HotSpots, and under Server, enter kpn.hotspotsvankpn.com.
  5. RSA SecureID must be off, the user name is vpn, and the password is kpn
  6. The encoding level must be set to Automatic, Send All Traffic must be on and the Proxy must be off.
  7. When you have entered these settings, select Done. You now return to the VPN screen.
  8. In this VPN you can switch on the VPN under VPN Configurations. You are now connected via VPN.
